Our community is equipped with a telephone entry system. If you have any questions regarding your assigned code or the operation of the system, please contact WEB Properties, Inc. and your question will be referred to the system administrator.
Residents: The system is programmed with an access code that will allow you to open the gate by entering your code on the system keypad. To use your assigned access code, first press the # key, and then enter your four digit code.
Guest Information: A guest can use the A and Z buttons to scroll through the resident names until they land on your name. They should then press the CALL button. The system will call your home and the guest will be able to communicate with you via the intercom. If you wish to grant access, press 9 on your touch-tone telephone. The system will respond with a confirmation tone indicating that the gate Is opening and will automatically disconnect itself. Guest should be reminded to use the CALL BOX and not use their cell phones to make the call.
Gate Open Times: The gate is normally closed from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. every day. It remains open at all other times.
In the event there is a power failure and the gates are in a closed position, they cannot be opened using the keypad or remote controls. Our property management company, WEB Properties, maintains a 24-hour hotline and should be contacted. They will notify someone who is able to open the gates manually.
